Welcome to the WDROBE application. This application is operated by Anemo Teknoloji Bilişim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company", "We", "Us"). By downloading or using our application, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Anemo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our privacy policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Service Description Anemo is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology on photos uploaded by users to provide fashion recommendations, create outfit combinations, and make visual edits. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Obligations and Content

• Photos: You represent that you own the rights to the photos you upload to the application or have obtained the necessary permissions. Images that violate the intellectual property rights or personality rights of others cannot be uploaded

• Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old to use the application.

• Legal Use: You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of our community guidelines (obscene, offensive, misleading content, etc.).

  
  

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Outputs

• Variability: Outfits and visuals generated by AI are algorithmic results. The Company does not guarantee the perfection, complete accuracy, or 100% satisfaction of user expectations of the generated results.

• Rights: Your right to use the visuals created by AI is reserved, but all intellectual property rights over the system's operation and technological infrastructure belong to our Company.

  
  

5. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable) Anemo may offer certain features in a "Freemium" model (free basic use + paid premium features). In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The rules of the respective store apply to cancellation and refund processes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights All property rights over the application's design, code, logos, brand, and artificial intelligence models used belong to Anemo Teknoloji Bilişim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of the software is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability Our Company cannot be held responsible for data loss, device damage, or indirect damages resulting from the use of AI outputs that may arise from the use of the application. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Service Changes and Termination Anemo reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the application's features without prior notice. Accounts of users who violate the terms of use may be frozen or closed.

9. Applicable Law The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement, and the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
